Homework Assignment

Now that the temperatures are dropping, it is important to make the environment comfortable for buyers. This really applies to vacant homes for sale. If you are considering selling a home during the wintertime, and it is going to be vacant, make sure to leave the heat up a bit. Nothing turns a buyer off faster than freezing in the home that they are trying to picture themselves living in! I want them to picture the cozy confines of their new home, not the icicles hanging from the kitchen cabinets!

Plus, let’s not forget the pipes. Frozen pipes in vacant homes can be a disaster! So keep those vacant homes warm.
