Homework Assignment

Ever look up at your ceiling and see little spots here and there? Ever consider where they came from? I will tell you this, I look at ceilings all of the time while showing homes. Ceilings tell me a lot. If I see a spot, big or small, I get concerned. Is it from a leak from the plumbing? The roof? A raccoon that met his maker in the attic? EEEWWW. It happens, I’ve seen it…

In any case, where there’s smoke there’s fire. If you are considering selling your home, look up. Find out what is causing the little spots and fix it prior to marketing your home. Sharp Realtors know what to look for and will point those items out to their buyers. Nip it in the bud and here’s to hoping that it is NOT the raccoon!!
